Fresh Irish Scallops are best eaten on the day of delivery, definitely within 3 days. Keep refrigerated and pack in ice if possible, without ice touching the scallop meat. Freezing - should be frozen immediately on delivery and consumed within 3 months. Do not re-freeze defrosted fish.
