Wild Irish Plaice is a flat, white fish with delicate soft texture and a refined flavour. Plaice cooks quite quickly - the fillets usually take just between 4-5 minutes to grill, fry or poach.
Fresh fish is best eaten on the day of delivery, definitely within 4 days. Keep refrigerated. Freezing - should be frozen immediately on delivery and consumed within 3 months. Don't re-freeze defrosted fish.
