Lobsters are best eaten on the day of arrival. If you do need to store them, make sure that they are eaten within 2 days. If possible, store in the box the Lobster arrived in, in your fridge. If your fridge isn't big enough, wrap the lobsters in a clean damp tea towel or paper to keep them moist and store with ice packs or in the fridge. Do not freeze. Lobsters need to stay moist and cold to stay alive and inactive.
